GCPH Quest Bug

Does anyone know how to trigger the Quest Bug where your previous quests are available to you again?

just delete them except the neo cownat mission thingy

I said does anyone know how to trigger them and not how to delete them. I want to trigger the bug so I can redo all the quests again for easy exp.

This was because of the lag issue in GCPH, you may have cleared the quest already but the game reads that you haven't yet, so it stays there.
