Hello, can someone teach me how to use Packet tool in 9disciple?? ;)

EDIT: I tried to do something with packet tool but something went wrong and i losed 71kk of gold :o
Someone help me please?

why do you use that ^_^?
i dono if anyone know how to use that option ... and if does wont help you cuz you send your money to a place that cant be found now :)
