How do server owners deal with chargebacks on PayPal?

As the title says and if its possible id really like some responses from server owners. How do you guys deal with that kind of a problem? Is there another way to donate via PayPal through a so called "middleman" website for a private server?
I know that IP bans work, but most of the abusers of chargeback change their IP frequently. Also account bans they do the same thing, transfer the items onto another account.
So is there really a solution using PayPal or can we just stick our heads in the ground and hope for those problems to occur as rare as possible?

Do a good job of your server and you will only sometimes get charge backs from greedy noobs which you can just ip ban and watch them cry.

Well no matter how good of a job you do, there will always be some jerks who will abuse your good will and chargeback whenever they want. People can change their IPs or maybe use other computers (like internet caffe's).

response to paypal with: Its virtual good, show them a screen of your char and gold and it should be done.

But as episoul said, do a good job and its ok.
