Need some help regarding vSro files configurations

Hello everyone. I have managed to successfully run and use the server files properly, and setup my own vSro server. It is running smoothly on my PC, and everything works fine, no errors at all. But I do have some questions that I haven't been able to figure it out myself.

If you could help me, I'd be very grateful.

First of all, I'd like to have a few friends playing with me. However, I can't configure the server to allow them to join. I tried changing all the configs to my external IP, which didn't really work. Then, I used my internal IP (192.168.X.X), and they tried to connect using edxLoader with my external IP, which allowed them to connect all the way to the Silkroad login, and after they enter the Captcha, it disconnects them with a C9 error. Any ideas on how to fix this?

I tried opening the ports on my router (15779), and the media.pk2 is patched properly with my IP. Still, the error C9 persists. I haven't found anything that could fix this...

Second of all, is it possible to remove items from the Item Mall? If so, how do I do it?

Also, is it possible to remove certain skills or make them unusable?

Thanks in advance for the help :)

You need to set up hamachi, then use the hamachi network IP in your configs. Once youv'e changed all your configs to your hamachi ip your friends have to join your hamachi network. Once they have done this, they can use the Edxloader to connect to your server. They enter your hamachi network ip in edx ofc and port is 15779 as normal.

Edit -
For the item mall you simply have to remove the stuff via the media.pk2
And for skills, Well you can't simply disable skills but you can make them unusable by editing them in the database. You could set the mp usage to something like 500k so your unable to use that skill.

Windows firewall allows port 15779 aswell?

The thing is, I don't want to use Hamachi, I wan't it to be like other pservers, where you don't need that. But if I can't find other way, I'll probably do it with Hamachi :)

Setting MP use sounds like a reasonable idea. Thanks for the tips :)

Hm, hadn't thought about that, silly of me. Guess I'll try it out. Thanks :)

EDIT: Tried opening 15779 through Windows Firewall, same result. Any more suggestions? :/

Yep, I did, still not working. I'll try to change every single one of the exe's that start up the server to public, I think some of them are private... Maybe that'll work. Thanks for the comments and tips.

lol try this , it aint a good idea, but heck it might work. Set your firewall to allow all ip address to connect to your pc from all protocols.

That would be crazy, allowing that would make my PC a trojan and all sorts of virus paradise's, lol.

How do I change it in the client? Media.pk2?
