[HELP] P-Server [HELP]

Hay!
I need help to creat my own P-Server!
I did evrything what was in the Thread "Pserver all Things GUIDE" , but anything was wrong.
I dont know why but i can't creat an own P-Server ALONE.

Can some1 help me?

English:

My problem is, by the NPCServer.
If i wanna start it so a little window open and i can read just "????" not more.
and then the programm is closing.

German:

Mein problem ist der NPCServer.
Wenn ich es starten will, dann öffnet sich ein kleines Fenster wo nur 4 Fragezeichen stehen : "????" nicht mehr.
und das Programm schliesst sich anschliessend.
