doubts about the CD

Yes, its possible to use CD on all skills.. You just have to find its value..

but often, it has no effect

..And you'd have to change between Staggering Blow & Heart Breaker, for example, each hit, because otherwise it does a low dmg..
If u use CD hack of Splashy, for example, it hasn't any advantage, because the damage becomes lower every splash until it does 1 or 0 dmg in the end..

only storms, their dmg does not decrease even if you do thousnads of them.

Hmm .. what is when i would change between Storm & Snow Storm ?
