may tanong po ako gumagana po ba ang heal ni sieghart sa icy rage na lvl 3? at mas mabilis po ba magkarage dun? kasi po kaguild ko ambilis mafull ng rage bar niya kaya ambilis niya mag heal.. Tnx po in advance sa pag sagot :)

that's why my sieghart recovers rage in short time..
and that's why my sieghart has a block..
hindi po iyon dahil sa game delay...
sa icy rage level po naka depende un ^^

yes it does seem to be faster (rage recovery), can anyone confirm coz i have no skills allotted for fiery rage so i cant really compare >:]
as for heal, yes it does work at lvl3.
