[Release] Full Slogan Screen

since i've seen many p.servers around (and i visit some) their slogan's are out of the middle,
so to fix that one up,
iam here to release an good one wich is tottaly centered.

What is an slogan?

Wow +1 on being able to Fiddler the Official Client and steal the .CSS and Index that the official servers use /clap /clap /clap

This has been standard in Redemption since v1.02 where have you been?

ps: please "Starts where ncarbon ends" is not the one you wont as a "slogan"

please respect the hand who fead you. (i doubt you woud do somth with turion files if ncaron didnt compact all server files). so lets respect each other.
