x3 SPEED

i know how to hack with x2 speed but i dunno how to x3 the speed i see lots of hackers that use x3 even x4 speed and i dont know how coz x3 islets say 15 when i edit usa folder but i have lets say 1.1 so i cant write 15 coz it will be 15. then it wont work
and i can only write 9.9 for x2 so plz help how can i get to x3 ?

There are other ways to get faster moving as the map speed settings.
But I dont go in detail here ;)

Are you using .csv files or WinHex? If you're using .csv files, just put in 15 >.> If you're using WinHex, post the part you're editting.

And, @Cosmos, are you referring to item speeds?

I told him on msn to come and dlete a reported post :D and then he answered on a few other posts :D

its ok i managed doing thats alone its a simple command in winhax now i have x4 speed :D
