i have a vac hack
but when i wanna do the vac only 3 mobs vac and they run on me so far i cant do skill

you havnt explained it much, but i think the reason you cant cast is becuase of lag

Looks like you didn't change the nunber of monsters allowed to follow you. And, to fix the far away running thingy, you have to mess with AIKey and Cell_range.
