C9 Error And FireWall Off Help !

Hello
am trying to fix the c9 Error
What i did to try to Fix it
1- Fire Wall Off
2- AntiVirus out of my PC
3- Ports are Open But i dont know all Ports


please help me...

Hello , i am encountering a similar problem only that it happens on iSRO. Whenever i try to connect on my server with any of my accounts i get C9 error. What makes it weird is that i can connect any other server and everything runs smooth.
But in the same time i can't access the official site.
I tryed the following fixes :
> disabled / uninstalled my firewall /antivirus;
> reseted my router and looked into the firewall provided by the ISP (disabled)
> deleted any modification to the host file i had since now the servers are populated...:handsdown:

(Managed to log in two times in two different days but d/ced within 3 minutes)

I am getting quite angry on this stupid issue,so any help would be greatly appreciated.
