then clean with CCleaner should be enough.

The previous Gamestarter has to be uninstalled before the new one is.

Hello lulu13x,

same to me. On Facebook there was a guy with that Problem, too.
Also i have the Problem at some of my Computers.

I dont find a solution until now.

- Its only on Windows XP Computers
- Browser (IE, Firefox, Opera, Chrome) and Browseroptions is not the Problem
- Adobe Flash Player (Version) is not important
- Java is not important to that Problem
- Service Pack (SP2 or SP3) is not important to that Problem
- Firewall is not the reason for that Problem
- Reinstall Game, Webzenstarter, or Whole Operating System doesent help!
- Not to deinstall the old Webzengamestarter is not important to that Problem
- On IE i got an Error-Message when login in. But after click on "OK" IE still works.

It seems to me, that Problem is maybe Active X, but i didnt found a solution until now.
On Windows 7 there is no Problem. On Computer with Windows XP, which are in use for a long time i also dont have that Problem. So atm, i can play Archlord with 6 Computer - and not play on 4 other Computer.

Tell me, if you find a solution, please.

I had same Problem too, i fixed it by removing the patch i applied from this application: [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

Just pressing "remove patch" fixed my problem.
