Sound Edits

So I enjoy modding a quite a bit. I've been on EPVPers a while and decided it was time to contribute something. I enjoy making sounds and visual edits for conquer but I will only post my sound mods on here. The reason is because there are so many visual edits out, I don't want to be accused of plagiarism. If you have a sound request, PLEASE don't hesitate to ask.

Sounds go into C:\Program Files\Conquer 2.0\sound

My first audio mod was for met drops, not sure if it works for dbs, dont have one to test lol. When a met drops, it plays the opening to "Money in tha bank" (*Caching* IM RICH B$%^#!) I laugh when i hear it :D

I made this sound for when you or another player jumps. Instead of the annoying "dirt being dropped on plastic bucket" sound, its a very cartoony *BOING*

This sound mod is for you trojans out there. When you activate cyclone, your favorite movie quote, "THIS IS SPARTA!" signals your beginning reign of carnage.

This mod is straight for pkers...or people that get killed alot...if you are tired of all the lame ass death sounds, this is for you! FPS Doug yells "Woohoohoohoo Take that bitch!" Everytime someone dies!

Ideas in the works:

NONE ATM NEED SOME FROM YOU GUYS

Exact Steps:
1. Open My Computer
2. Open C: Drive
3. Open Program Files
4. Open Conquer 2.0 File
5. Open Sound File
6. Move My Sound Files Into Sound Folder
7. Answer Replace or Yes When Prompted To Replace My Files With Originals
8. Completely Restart Conquer

Something to try: adding the "OWNAGE" soundbyte from UT3 every time a monster dies... hillarious... and such an ego boost.

anhang@ Im not familiar with this sound, show me a website where i may hear it if at all possible, also...i hate to say that replacing every sound made by monsters would be a huge task...i could make the sound for whenever someone dies...i was actually thinking along the lines of fps doug yelling "BOOM HEADSHOT" when a person dies...but if u can find where i can hear what u are talking about..i will try my hardest

ehmmmmmm i think its a better idea if u change the sound of char when get killed.... u know its the "aaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhh" sound im pretty annoyed of...

rofl using, will probably modify it slightly using the screams from command and conquer.

@kick12 I tried looking at superman...i think it has the same sound as other effects..i will look into it further...if you could make a recommendation as to what you would like..i will be happy to do it for you
