Nobody can join my server

I have started a server i play on it on my own but nobody can join it

who cares ???????

is it lag or conposing rates low or drop rates low ??

They get to Verifying Username, then they get a error that the server is down, can anyone help me?

if you dont ppl play wat the piont for you make server for?
