Hello i want to know how i can delete anything on .pk files thanks ;)

I don't think the pk2 editors have such option but you should check out drew's latest 5 in 1 pk2 tools bundle. It does have an option to create your own .pk2 files so mabye it also supports the delete function.
If you can't delete it you could always replace the file by an empty file so the size is 0 too reduce the file size:)

does anyone know how to deleted the EURO RACE ICON , When u hit Create at the char list screen , to bring you directly to the CHINA CHARS..

Joymax pk2 tool which was released does not have the delete function. Some funny guy who edited it removed it. The original one which is not released yet can delete files. Currently u can extract all files of the pk2 and create a new one without the files which you want to delete with the 5 In 1 pk2 tool published by pushedx
