Some help with magictype.dat

im need some help, im new on this so i dot know about the things, if someone wants to teach me how to edit the range of palm and to remove the delay of ss, fb etc . .

what i need to do to adjust it ?

Well Delay of ss and Fb depend only on how ur source is been Coded not about magictype.ini ...Magictype.ini Just Showing u All infos about Skill Nothing else
