Need help making a Conquer PS

So I'm trying to follow this thread:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

and when I get to "Database Setup" I get this:

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

I can't move on... I tried googling it but no luck. I also tried portforwarding Port 3306 and it still doesn't work.

Please help

You're user and password don't match, or you're localhost port isn't open for passthrough
