Joymax is a huge failure

Ok, this is what happen:

3 Weeks ago, I got my main char banned, it was a lv 57 Nuker and it was FF'd.

Today, in the inspection my second char (lv 58 archer) got banned. It's so fucking stupid because everytime i logged in to that account, i used my euro that was in it. The main char (of that acc ) was never used.


Why da hell did they banned the archer?

I mean, i would kinda understand if they banned the euro, even tho i didn't bot on that account at all.

What da fuck is going on joymax?

Joymax ban's ID's, not just 1 char..

If thats the case.. Joymax is a lil dumb, but what difference would it make if they putted your euro on it?.. You still lost ur account

To get yourself banned?

all char on the account gets banned so of course your archer still in ban list coz he was on the account

i guess they only put the highest char of the acc on the banlist

And even if they banned another char in that account, it would be stupid. Cuz i never botted that acc.

They Ban so much now, that they doesnt care if you never botted when you didnt have silk. Why should they ;)

1. if you botted its your fault

2. they cant ip ban due to the people using dialup, which will sometimes switch ip's

its your own fault if you didnt buy silk you proberly used multi client or anti dc so no wonder they banned......so it dosnt care which character it was its the mod that counts

well, i, maybe replied so late, but here's the thing:-

we all know that SRO is a free game, but think about it, they are not a charity coorporation or something, they are working, just like a doctor, or a restaurant employee.
What i'm trying to say, that this is not a free game. so you have to pay after all.
i guess this policy works great other than other companies like blizzard which demands for u to have the original game for world of warcraft, and of course to pay them MONTHLY.

at any rate, the reasons for being banned are not for using bots:-

1: if there's a character that is not active, >>surely it'll ban, though not necessary.
2:if there's a character which have not silks, it will be banned

to prevent being banned, try to do these things:

1:charge silks CONSTANTLY
2:leave some ammount of silks UNUSED
3: buy an avatar
4: buy a premium

if u do these things, you will NEVER be banned, even i.f. u are a botter all the time, like me ^_^.
and even i.f. u got banned, as my friend was, fax them, and show them the receipts of paypal that joymax has confirmed the payment.
i.f. they don't respond, you have the right to sue them.

**and by the way, my friend has claimed back his character, and they apologised from being them MISTAKEN.

by the way, i'm a PURE nuker, full force lvl 70 on Pluto, in case someone needs help

i've heard that if you haven't logged into the account for some time, it will get banned... dunno if this is true tho
