If it is not opening for you, you probably patched your client with mediapatcher, you need to unpatch, run game normally, let it update, then repatch it then it will work same as before.

I have teh same problem, Mediapatcher is unpacked, but I still get the error that the server is under inspection..

Guys... updates can only be installed on Clean versions of Sro. keep that in mind, if this is about clean versions, then sorry I can't be of any help and can only advice u to re-download silkroad.
