when i download the SQL i get this error

Go here [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...] to download powershell. There is also an upgrade advisor for sql server 2008 r2 here [Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]. This may help you however I'm currently studying for exams so I haven't had time to test it out myself. Good luck!
