[Fix] Small query for 1 game server with all regions

are u sure this Right Query?

i think u can't run all areas on 1 machine, 1 machine can't handle all areas.

i think it true, this query is reduce the number of monsters all map :-?

edit:now mobs became 24278 spawn lol
seems working good
but this will make the mobs really rare in any area xD

Well, I did
To have more mobs, cause you can have 50K mobs before despawn bug.

Well this query is good for 110cap servers...
Servers with 120 regions can't use it... well they can actually but it wont effect so much..

im running violent online on one gameserver, like this query but more complex and little patch to gameserver.

- This will no longer spawn uniques in the Pharaoh temple.
- Apis will also not spawn, as well as neith and others.
