Welcome to my guide,
1-23
First of all when u enter Twin City keep doing the stupid simple quests
Ex: The Warehouse man has asked you to go and see BlackSmith
finish those quests untill u finish Xu Laing quests you'll be level 23 then
23-30
You'll need level 30 to promote at the Job Center .. go to Bird Island and look for an archer to Plvl you ( look for a high level one ..130 is perfect )
30-70
Of course you'll have to do the same... keep plvling at Bird Island until you're 70 NOT LESS.....( you can use exp pots if u want when u're plvling )
70-100
Now ... get a noob club from BlackSmith then you must go to Job center to promote ( promote the lvl 30 promotion and the lvl 70 aswell )
Then get some exp pots and (LOADS OF POTS) go to Basilisk at Arroyo ( to get there , go thru Guild Conductor 4 and you'll be on a bridge move down and go a bit left and keep going down untill you see Basiliks)
when you get there wait for FS (Fatal Strike) and keep hitting them while using pots YOU'LL LEVEL LIKE HELL almost 50 percent each fatal strike...keep doing that till Level 100 (((((((((( OR)))))))))) get a high lvld archer (130) with like full +8 gears to plvl you at Basiliks.
100-110
When you reach 100 dont waist any time and go straight to Sugar Tang in bird island and complete the Tower & Fan quests then Basiliks will be hitting 1's on you you can complete there till 110 ( and you dont have to bring pots or wait for FS )
110-130
Frozen Grotto 3.... go straight there with exp pots also of course you can level there untill 130.... best way is with Fatal Stike aswell :)
