current release doesn't allow direct edition of item of bank 95.
you can create / edit lapisia from "All Items" panel.
the relevant fields are:
"name" whatever you want
"icon" index of icon read from icon_rapis.dds
"level" set to 1 to allow enhancement of weapon (ie defining an attack lapisia)
"country" set to 1 to allow enhancement of gear (ie defining a defense lapisia)
(and yes a lapisia can be settled for both attack & defense)
"ReqDex" color used to display name
"ReqVg" set to 1 will cause item destruction if enhancement fails
"ReqIg" cost of enhancement, as per:
