I need some help

HI i wanted to do a private server and have found a tut how to make 1 but i cant understand it and its crazy long.
maybe some one who have a pserver can post a tut how to make 1 ????
or some 1 can do this guide understand able or do it german thats the download i have found it by searching in google :)

Acutally the guide he posted is used with google translator lol xP I prefer video tutorial :D
