ger3 down ? [PLEASE HELP]

I cant join ger3 with all my accounts , i can login , and can join all other servers , but i cant join ger3 this error was come : Ups! Google Chrome konnte keine Verbindung zu de3.darkorbit.bigpoint.com herstellen.

But i can join all other servers ?
