plz answer how to make a vsro server

there are too many vsro servers these days if it easy to make a server running on vsro files and it is free plz I really want to make one

my computer is core 2 duo 2.9
4gb ram
nvidia 9500gt 1gb

is it good to host a server

it will be a small server 20-30 players only

plz any one answwer me

for 20-30 players its enought

i download update patch from offical website but i cant patch it

this is the error that comes if i would pacht it:
"This is a client file that can be used after the update. User who wish to log into game quickly on the day of update, please keep the client file until the day of update and use it on ther very day." :S
and if watch on rev6 server are online but why i cant patch that bullshit....
