To do that , go to your character database, and bring the [DEV] characters, like [DEV]ALLOKEN, [DEV]Warrior, etc into your account, login and spwn the item you want to have and equip it, and test it by making a new character. Make sure you don't mess up or any accidents, 'cause if let's say your [DEV]Summoner is at lvl 50, when ANYONE makes a summoner they will start at lvl 50.
So basically, anything that [DEV] characters has, new characters will have them.
