When i downloaded client i shuted down computer to check if something bad will happen and it really happened computer restored it self and deleted the client it says it have problem...

There is no virus/trojan coupled with that client. It is a clean download from the PH Server, Updated From the PH Update Server and Modded with Clean Files from NCarbon ^^ Your computer must have another problem.

smoke tell me why i dont have NPC's in HV (cash shop, soul stone, creature card...) and can you upload auth i telecaster of redemption, i need everything cuz 30% things arent working with redemption...

It has been said before, those NPC's have been disabled and most of their content moved to other npcs in the game. Redemption is not the same thing as Arcadia, if you want all that stuff perhaps you should download arcadia 1.3 and simply miss out on all the extra content.
