Anyone know what cause this bug and maybe at least a tip how it be fixed?

have you actually looked into the problem yourself or just waiting for some help from people?
a little tip - try fkin disabling some regions cause your RAM probably isn't 16gb for running all of them on a single pc without a fix...

it's not about regions, because server is hosted on 2 machines, there is a bug that allow to crash map that result in GS crash, I have disabled that maps and it can't be used anymore, but this is not a fix.
And 16GB for a server, trying to look pro? because you don't lol.

2nd - You really know how much ram it needs to make all the regions work on a 1 pc?

my guess is that it isn't a "map bug", but there was a thing like this to crash the GS in the chernobyls released stuff, securing server myb a good idea :P

No it's not chernobyl's things :)
I have fixed them before he released that stuff, also there is only database/cert/web exploits, nothing for maps or gameserver.
