[Tutorial] Edit History with Vista

Okay...Heres what you do:


1.Find "Notepad" on the start menu.


2.Drag and drop on your desktop.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]

3.Right click and press "Run As Administrator".


4.Press "File" then "Open".

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]


5.Go to "C:\Program Files\Acclaim\2Moons" and find your History.config

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]


6.Open History.config

[Only registered and activated users can see links. Click Here To Register...]


7.Edit and Save!

Erm, what the hell....? You can't drag and drop items from your start menu...? Sigh... Right click your taskbar. Go to the Start Menu tab. Clock on Customize. Go to the Advanced tab. Under "Start menu items:" check the box "Enable dragging and dropping." If it's already checked, then I'm sorry you're a complete noob or Notepad isn't even in your Start Menu -.-

Btw, why the heck is this so complicated? If you have to run Notepad as an admin just because you can't open the file otherwise, just delete the damn config, make a new txt file named "history.txt," type in w/e you wanna put into there, save, and rename the file to "history.config." -.-
