Theoretical, create an avatar with your desired blues ingame, track the Item at the item table with it's idea and have a look at its values at the options.

Easiest way, create an avatar which isn't used yet by other players put the blues on it you want.

SELECT * FROM _Items
WHERE RefItemID like *Avatar ID*
