Server Lags on Highend server?

Hey.. I have lags/ delays after 100 People what is wrong?

Here my server Info:

Windows Server 2008 r2
Processor: 2 x Intel Xeon - E5504
Perfomance: 2 x 4 x 2,0 GHz
RAM: 32 GB DDR3-RAM
Harddrive: 4 x 1.000 GB SATA II
Network: 1.000 MBit

Your gameserver spams .dmp files, right?

Hey.. Make GameServer make this:

GameServer spam this "warning" fast

Try this:

1. Open your DB
2. Clean the Log_DB > dbo._LogCashItem > dbo._LogEventChar > dbo._LogEventItem dbo._LogSchedule

I got laggs 2 on my High Server, but after Clean the Log's, the laggs are gone ;)

my Server 2 x

Intel i7 Extrem 3,40 Ghz x8
16 Gb Ram

Warning: Do not forgot to make a Backup from the Logs :D

Okay i have make that, but the people have lags still

and i have found this:

What is wrong

I think this error make the lags but i cant find the msg in google..
What ist that?

I think your HDD is bad..

You need a SSD Drive
