no skill in 10xserver

hi...i have a problem with my summon...the new skill doesn't works and i can't buy them form npc, i don't now why, skills are musfel, agareth, palpus and dark avatar.
i can see that skills in the windows skills, but i can't use them...thx for help.

U cant buy becouse u use english patch. Go to data and delete or change name the taiwan file then buy and learn skill and turn back all.

anathema and bedragon doesn't work...thx again
