[Request]Helper User Editor v1 [VSRO FILES]

Anyone have or knows an editor to User... other than by web?

and their functions are.

* Ban / Un Ban
* Add Silk
* Remove Silk
* Add STR
* Add INT
* Add GOLD
* Add SP
* Move Map
* putting gm or remove

and other necessities.?

all of them from smc
except silks since you need to add it directly on db
