Hey all, I found this out accidentally and searched but didn't find this way posted.
What you do is on the Nightbane fight in Karazhan, just as Nightbane goes to fly up to the air, if you shadowstep it puts you behind him just outside the wall, and you fall down and can get under kara and explore outside the instance.
