ok i'm lookin for a p server, i know theres a couple lists of them and i've tried all but a couple. can anyone tell me of a p server that is accually online and playable. thx for any help in this matter

a pk server with stuff commands? or a leveling server?

i would prefer a pvp server with commands if possible but a lvlin server with decent rates wouldn't be bad either.
