[VSRO ServerFiles] "Requirments" Question! Please answer ;)

Hello guys!
So, first off thanks to those who released vsro files and those who made guides and stuff.
NOW For the most important question! I was checking the "Minimum System Requirments for VSRO" threads on epvp earlier. But there was like 2 "DEBATES" going on..

First off, this server i am making will be set to a max capacity of around 1K users (Maybe 2)
Question!!
1-Is ONE PC with 24gb rams, i7 Processor 1T hard drive, 1GB inet-4GB inet, ENOUGH to run the server smoothly with 1K users, no crashes , no c++ runtime errors , no overloading , no LAGGING? Running a server as smooth as possible?
(1 Gameserver, 1 Machine manager, 1 Shard, 1 database ...etc. ONE PC)
2-Is it a must to have more than ONE pc to run the server smoothly? I mean can 24GB pc mentioned up HANDLE the server smoothly with 1x game server? Or will it crash..
IF I MUST HAVE 2 PCS whats the requirments of 2 pcs to run it smoothly with 1K users++?

Hope i receive Answers ^^ :) Ty And please no trolling.

Someone told me it will make problems with so much users on 1 Gameserver. So you maybe should make VM or something. But yes its enough.

I would strongly recommend to use two different physical servers to distribute IO load. But it is possible to run it on that server, it's best that you run 2x agent and 2x game server in a virtual machine though.

How come?
no offence but if he wants 1000 capacity server why would he need 2x agent ?
The AgentServer managing users connection... and the server using only 1 agent so where's the sense using 2x agents?

#Edit: I didn't say that Nezekan is wrong but if he's right then could someone tell me the sense or make an explanation of using 2x gateway 2x agent 2x download server and such? because it's really senseless... especially VmWare omg.. it's known that using 2 physically roots so each dedi server (root) will stand for 1 machine...
