Private Server with new classes

Just found a private server with Earthguard/Tideborn and everything else that's new on PWI, genies aswell.

PWE is the server (pweurope.co)

Just wanted to see if some other servers might have it.

Anyone know?

pweurope.co has been around for 2+ years, i think.
I know nothing about coding.

Im simply asking if anyone know's, my post count has nothing to do with it.

And why would i ask if other servers have it?
Im asking cause im hoping for a high-rate server.
