help\cyber D3D and NoSkill

hi guys,when i open s4 with cyber D3D or NoSkill the game tell me "this appilication has failed to start because d3dx9_43.dll was not found"
can anyone help me plz i don't know what can i do with this problem.
sry 4 my bad english.:(
