Need help with pserver

I just used playboys easy server setup thing and i need someone to tell me or help me to add all the same npcs and monsters as real co thank you.

lolz take my source all mobs npcs and spawns^^

okay like a normal headset one just one thing : to start it u need to go into debug....there is a file called config open it and change data^^
Start it and have fun^^

I cant find config but when i start server ur server ip starts and when i try to connect it says Server maintenence or w.e

I got on once but when I put [PM] after my name it doesnt let me connect
it either says Server is interupted or it just sits there forever
