Create 100 cap [PVP] server

If some1 can - start lvl 100cap pvp server...I started play sro at 100cap and now wanna try it again...I think a lot of ppl wanna try it like me...
Need lvl 100start lvl cause many ppl lazy about lvling 1-100 :D

What point to create pvp server if owner dont get any donation? Okey if i will create so?
People will play but how i pay for Dedicated server?

All fine at other PvP servers...GM can do SoM, SuN weapons FoR coins and coins for Donate like other servers...

U think people will buy it???? Dont joke, they better spend money at long time server for example Diamond =)

People donated in Perfection like 2 of my guildmates, i'm not sure about Insane.

both servers get donations,

people trust perfection network because we have been here for months and we will always be here, and the biggest pvp network :D
