is this possible? Client or server sided

was wondering if its possible to do high level quests on a low level account;

if you edit it client sided so it shows your character as a higher level than it is, would you be able to accept a quest for that level, or is quest acceptance server sided?

pretty sure its server just like trying to change what the reward for quests is.
