Combo Meter Address?

Anyone find the address of the combo meter yet? The one that fills up in approximately 1sec.

I was hoping it starts with 0 value (meter empty or combo starts) then finishes to like 100 value (meter full or combo ends).

If anyone can help I greatly appreciate it.
