Just Get Your Client Source And Open Folder(ini) gamemap.ini & minimap.ini & Map.ini
then copy all of them ( CTRL+A Then Ctrl+C)
then open ur client (open folder ini ) then overwrite the folders above..

The gamemap.ini had nothing to do with his issue. What he needs to do is open his client folder/ani and open MiniMap.ani, look for [1000] and make sure it looks similar to this

Frame1=data/MiniMap/1000/256.tga
Frame2=data/MiniMap/1000/512.tga
