That can be done 2 ways, one, thru database, which I'm sure you'll have no problem doing, or through my Item Modder.
If those Items are in your ItemResource and have a name in StringResource, they'll show up in the list
The class would be Deco xxxxx
If you just wanna know what number goes where, that's also in my Modder, check the XMLs.

Good job mate, a bit late however. Raskim has them working, while I was implanting his fixes to my server I seen that he coded in the effect via the opt_var's which was probably the most stable of routes.
