Reinstall your win...

Install framework 4
install sql 2005 (follow the instructions "http://www.elitepvpers.com/forum/shaiya-pserver-development/244203-shaiya-private-server-instructions-english.html")

Install your choice server files....

read the guides follow them and good luck

Bone What I'm saying is I have to remove the SQL folder that is in C: /?
