EMP, Insta and SmartBomb Cool down Bug or Script

Hi guys,

I have noticed that some users are using EMP, Insta and SmartBomb very fast their cool down time is very low, I emped once and they did 2-3 times how?

Is there any script or bug???

Not a bug or script, just load the mine cool down chip and it will reduce the cool down time.

You can make even faster with mine cool down chip.. Faster then usual...

I have everything on my ship, every chip but these peoples are using some thing they using emp continuously, I also read that on forum and my friend also faced the same problem, once he was fighting with someone he emp when my friend got lock again he emped again and again and again. HOW? There is some thing which is not came here on elitepvpers, I'm still searching If I found I will post it.

I asked for this bug months ago ^^

But it seems that just a very small group of persons know it :(

there is so much bugs in darkorbit...

yes i have also looked some people bursting EMP once per 6 sec

i saw those ships that use very fast emp's on pvp so there is a bug
