added item is not on the ground

hello epvp,
I tryed to add a new potion with more HP reg.
But when I cheat it (in gm console) it doesn't appear on the ground.

Does any one have an idea ??

Did you create the item in the DB aswell as pk2?

Of course.

It's shown in the list of all items ingame.
I open the gm-console and the item is there ; cheat key success, but no drop on the ground.
