[PROBLEM]Conquer-Sx Problem. Need help! Noob here!

Hello.
i have a problem on my conquer-sx server.

i don't have a problem setting the server.
i mean no errors on starting the server.

i edited the config.ini with this one:

ConquerPath=OldCODB\
Port=9900
Name=Conquer-Sx

[MySql]
User=root
Password=root
Database=test
ServerIp=5.178.240.158

and in my server.dat

i've got an error when i try to login.
it stucks on connecting to account server.
then an error says
"Error: Cannot connect to the game server".

PLEASE HELP ME ABOUT THIS!

Conquer Sx sucks, the worst source I've ever seen, I suggest you to give up on it and delete it, cause that source can't even handle 10 players.

Nobody here uses Conquer-SX...
and the comment above is an example of what i said on my blog about it:
"Do not download it, do not search for this source. You will fail hard by using this source and every coder in the community will disrespect you for using or considering the use of Conquer-SX. I am forcing this source to die and I will not provide you with a link."

what is a good 5165 mysql server.

i mean i coded a flatfile server but i would to make it mysql
for easy update of the website status, top characters, players and online.

please help me about it.

i'm noob at MYSQL!
