[Request] Cabal online no cooldown hack without dc etc.

Hi all.
Can someone upload here his ce tables or something like that for no cool down
(chinese client) i was trying do sometihng with evandon ce tables and im do nothing :(
It will be perfect if this tables fill have same options like on evandon ce table.
